LARGE PARTS

Welding robot platform

We are familiar with welding 3/4″ and 1″ steel for high strength applications.  Our standard SMAW rod has a tensile strength of 60,000psi, but we can use other rods and methods to provide 120,000psi  strength of weld. We will work with you to determine which process will work best for your application.

Large parts

We can handle large projects in physical size and larger parts that require substantially thicker welds.  We are familiar with welding 3/4″ and 1″ steel for high strength applications.  Our standard SMAW rod has a tensile strength of 60,000psi, but we can use other rods and methods to provide 120,000psi  strength of weld.
