Here at HF Fabrication we make your ideas a reality. We produced these custom brackets with threaded holes and custom engraving. This cnc custom bracket job used 1/4″ mild steel. We then used our HAAS VF-3 vertical mill https://www.haascnc.com/machines/vertical-mills/vf-series/models/medium/vf-3.html to mill the two pockets and the 1/4″ – 20 holes. HF Fabrication is equipped with a pallet changer and a 15k spindle, this allows us to cut production times. This ability saved time and tool life allowing us to pass on the savings to our customers. Working with the customer we were able to help cut costs by offering different cutting methods. As a result, working through these questions and processes allows us to provide the best possible product that fits into your budget. For instance, this job we used bar stock and our horizontal band saw to cut the shape. This allows us to speed up the first operation of prepping the material. Our mill allows us to machine multiple parts at a time allowing us to complete the jobs faster than our competitors.
