This tray needed precision cutting with our Omax Waterjet 80160. the work envelope of the Waterjet makes it easy for us to scale up to production levels cost effectively. We then used our in house press break to form the sides of the box. For welding, we tig welded the seams and ground them down for a seamless look. This in house ability saves money allowing us to pass on the savings to our customers. Working with the customer we were able to help cut costs by offering different cutting methods. As a result, working through these questions and processes allows us to provide the best possible product that fits into your budget. This allows us to speed up the first operation of prepping the material. Our Waterjet allows us to machine multiple parts nested on the same sheet of material. This process allows us to complete the jobs faster than our competitors. Finally, our close relation with our metal suppliers allow us to offer the lowest price in material.
