What we offer
We can take your design of a product and provide a fully finished product. When you provide the digital work/ drawings for us, we will vet the work in our software to verify it meets the needs you are pursuing while taking in consideration our manufacturing limitations, but this is primarily to protect our equipment. In ALL cases, when we modify and validate your drawings, we ASSUME that you have done the work required to know it meets your needs. We will produce for you, a product to the EXACT call outs and specifications outlined by your drawings. We may provide advice, or suggestions as to the design of a product – but we ARE NOT engineers, and make no claims or guarantees as such.
What we DO NOT offer
We provide everything needed to manufacture the product you want although, you are still responsible for that products design. We DO NOT certify any drawings or specifications we help revise nor will we certify our drawings or any you bring to us. We are NOT certified engineers and as such cannot provide an engineering review or certification, whether it be design, structural, etc. We make no claims as to the strength, capability, functionality, usefulness, or integrity of any product we either produce, or collaborate with you on. All of this is 100% your responsibility. None of the feedback or advice we provide, implied or explicit is in any way a form of any validation or responsibility as to the strength, capability, integrity, functionality, usefulness of the end product. We will make exactly what you decide on. We cannot guarantee that it is the right application or product for your needs or use. That is ultimately for you to decide.
Payment Policy
Any order must be codified by a signed order form. An email reply *FROM THE QUOTE EMAIL* stating or accepting the terms of the quote will constitute an agreement in principle to purchase our service under the conditions of that quote. 50% of the total cost is due immediately at the time of order. Once payment is received, work will begin. Final payment is due 30 days after the final product is received.
- Credit Card users will be charged a 3% fee, this is the credit card company’s fee, not HF FABRICATION

Wire Transfers will incur a $30 fee. this is the bank fee to process a wire transfer, not HF FABRICATION

Cashiers Check, Certified Check, Money Order – accepted at no charge

Personal check – accepted. Work will begin once funds have cleared.

Venmo / Zelle / PayPal / I Pay – ACCEPTED On a case by case basis
RETURN POLICY
Customers have 7 days to notify HF FABRICATION of any faults or defects in the product. If the fault or defect is the result of manufacturing, the product can be returned to HF FABRICATION and will be reworked or reproduced. Photos will be requested before a return can be processed.
RETURN SHIPPING:
If the product is sent from the state of Arizona, return shipping is free. Shipping the new or fixed product back to the customer is ALSO free if in the state of Arizona. If originating from any state other than Arizona, shipping is covered 50% by the customer, 50% by HF FABRICATION. This applies to both sending it to HF FABRicaTION & HF FABRICATION sending back the new / fixed product to the customer.
PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with the use of any personal information online.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number or other details to help you with your experience. We collect information from you when you fill out a form or enter information on our site. Your information is never provided to or given to anyone outside HF Fabrication. It is used strictly to provide the services you have requested from us, whether that be a design collaboration, a price quote, or the purchasing of any other services to produce a product for you.
Third Party Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information, or any of your contact information

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the www.hf-fab.com website (the “Service”) operated by HF Fabrication LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
SERVICE USAGE
By accessing or using these Services, you represent, warrant, understand and agree; 1) to accept, be bound to and comply with these terms, 2) to comply with all rules, regulations, and laws concerning your access to and use of, this Service, 3) that you have the right, the capacity, and the authority to abide by all terms described here. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you do NOT have authorization to access the Service.
Unless explicitly authorized by HF Fabrication LLC, your use of these Services is strictly limited to personal and non commercial use of the site, all content, logo’s, videos, images, as well as any other digital property or media displayed or made available on our site. Furthermore, by use of this Service, you explicitly agree NOT to:
- Damage, disable, or hack any part of the Service, nor will you deploy, transmit, or apply any virus, malware, code, or worm of a destructive nature onto or in a manner interfering with, the Services provided.
- Hinder or destroy any other party’s ability to access or enjoy these services.
- Use, transfer, sell, replicate, publish, license, display, distribute, copy or modify any images, logos, video, content, or information presented as part of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace, at any time and for any reason of our sole discretion, these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service.

By use of our Service, you hold harmless and indemnify HF Fabrication LLC from all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, the use of any third party or external service referenced, mentioned, or obtained in the use of our service, or a possible breach of these Terms

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no instance will HF Fabrication LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from 1) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; 2) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; 3) any content obtained from the Service; and 4) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose
