This tray needed precision cutting with our Omax Waterjet 80160. the work envelope of the Waterjet makes it easy for us to scale up to production levels cost effectively. We then used our in house press break to form the bend on the side. We work with our customers to determine the materials, thickness, and work through the design. This in house ability to use multiple processes saves money allowing us to pass on the savings to our customers. Working with the customer we were able to help cut costs by offering different options depending on results desired. As a result, working through these questions and processes allows us to provide the best possible product that fits into your budget. Our Waterjet allows us to machine multiple parts nested on the same sheet of material. This process allows us to complete the jobs faster than our competitors. Finally, our close relation with our metal suppliers allow us to offer the lowest price in material.
