Here at HF Fabrication we make your ideas a reality. We produced these custom name plates with the custom logo engraving. This CNC engraving job used 1/8″ aluminum, although we can use almost any material you need for your project. We painted the aluminum, allowing the engraved logo to stand out. We then used our HAAS VF-3 vertical mill https://www.haascnc.com/machines/vertical-mills/vf-series/models/medium/vf-3.html to engrave the logo and drill two holes on either side. HF Fabrication is equipped with a pallet changer and a 15,000 rpm spindle, this allows us to cut production times. The smaller the tool the higher the RPM of the spindle. This ability saved time and tool life allowing us to pass on the savings to our customers. Working with the customer we were able to help cut costs by offering different cutting methods. As a result, working through these questions and processes allows us to provide the best possible product that fits into your budget. For instance, this job we used bar stock and our horizontal band saw to cut the shape. This allows us to speed up the first operation. Our mill allows us to machine multiple parts at a time allowing us to complete the jobs faster. Finally, our close relationships with metal suppliers allows us to offer the lowest prices.
